Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles in major developments, including serving as General Director of Element Construction, Construction Director of Tbilisi Hills Golf & Residences (a 331-hectare premium development), CEO of Mtkvari HPP (54.1 MW hydropower plant) and Projects Director at AGS Construction in the British Virgin Islands.

Vako Saghirashvili

Vako Saghirashvili is a seasoned professional in business development, overseeing and coordinating large-scale construction and development projects in Georgia. He brings strong expertise in the banking sector and extensive experience in leading nationally strategic projects in executive roles. Throughout his career, he has held senior management positions in major organizations, including VTB Bank Georgia, Bene Group, ELPLUS, and executive management roles in international hotel projects. He is recognized for his strategic vision, effective coordination of technical processes, and proven ability to deliver projects successfully.

Giorgi Sichinava

Co-Founder & CBDO

Leads the company's strategic development, brand positioning, and long-term growth initiatives. His approach to governance and strategy is shaped by his education at Harvard University and extensive service on supervisory boards, international advisory boards, and boards of trustees.
